Taking Part In A Fantastic Felixstowe Carnival

Port Express are proud to have been sponsors, and delighted to have taken part in the fantastic Felixstowe Carnival, which was held this past weekend.

A procession of spectacular floats adorned the streets of the town during this annual celebration, some of which were pulled by Port Express vehicles and drivers. The fabulous weekend also included some superb musical performances on the seafront and was closed with fireworks off the pier.

Its is unknown how many times the carnival has taken place, but it’s certainly over 60 years since the Felixstowe Carnival Association, a registered charity, was formed.

Port Express would like to shout out a special thanks to Andy Spurling, Chris Page, Chris Emmett and John Becket – the drivers of the floats.
