Port Express have played a key role in yesterday’s Southend Halloween Parade – providing both the vehicle and team to pull Southend City Council’s float to help the procession run smoothly and in style.
This year’s event was a spectacular success, drawing crowds of more than 10,000 people along the city’s seafront for an evening of spooky entertainment and community spirit.
The annual parade has become one of Southend’s most anticipated events, lighting up Marine Parade with a carnival atmosphere filled with street performers, live music, and a host of creepy characters. Families and visitors of all ages enjoyed the free event, which delivered plenty of thrills, laughs, and surprises around every corner.
From goblins and ghouls to witches and wandering skeletons, the seafront came alive with creativity and community energy. With so many residents dressing up and joining the fun, it truly was a wickedly good night for Southend!
